Start by using a skillet and browning your meat, add the taco seasoning, and cook per the package instructions.
Drain the meat, of any fat.
Then add your browned ground meat to a large mixing bowl, add in the diced tomatoes, and black beans. Mix well.
Add some filling to the tortilla. Then top with the shredded cheese.
Roll the tortilla up and place it into the air fryer basket.
Brush on the enchilada sauce.
Set the temperature to 350 degrees F, for about 5 to 8 minutes.
Let cool slightly, before serving.
Add your favorite toppings, and enjoy!
