Ingredients
2cupsgraham cracker crumbs
6tablespoonsbutter, unsalted, and melted
1/2teaspoonsalt, divided
14ouncescan condensed milk
1cupdried cranberries
1cupwalnuts
1cupshredded sweetened coconut
1/2cupwhite chocolate chips
1/2cupmilk chocolate chips
Instructions
Spray your baking pan with cooking spray, and set aside. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, the melted butter, and ¼ teaspoon of salt until well combined. Pour the graham cracker crumbs out into the greased baking pan and spread them out evenly to create the base. Use your hands to firmly press the base into the pan
Set the pan into the air fryer and cook for 8 to 10 minutes at 300 degrees F, or until the crust is golden brown.
Slowly drizzle the can of condensed milk evenly over the graham cracker base. Do not try to use a spoon or anything else to spread the condensed milk. Add the dried cranberries, walnuts, coconut, chocolate chips, and remaining ¼ teaspoon of salt to a medium bowl and mix to combine. Sprinkle the mixture over the condensed milk in an even layer.
Air Fry at 310 degrees F, for 10 to 14 minutes or until the top is golden. Allow the cookie bars to set in the pan for at least an hour before cutting and serving.
