Description

Ok, so you knew this was coming. As most of you know, I have two teenage boys, so while they are usually happily eating the food I make, they miss the packaged stuff (I know, I know, no judgments, please). Today, my simple, simple instructions for making an Air Fryer Pizza Lunchables.

Ingredients

  • 1 package  Pizza Pepperoni Lunchables

Instructions

  • Start by preheating your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). This ensures a quick and even cooking process.
  • Place the mini pizza bases on a flat surface. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over each base, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce. Add pepperoni slices and any other desired toppings.
  • Transfer the assembled pizzas to the air fryer basket, making sure they are not overlapping. If your air fryer is small, you may need to cook them in batches to avoid overcrowding.
  • Cook the pizzas for about 5-7 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the pizzas are golden brown. The exact time might vary depending on your air fryer model and how crispy you like your pizzas.
  • Once done, carefully remove the pizzas from the air fryer and let them cool for a minute or two on a plate. The pizzas will be hot, so giving them a moment allows the cheese to set slightly and makes them easier to handle.

Equipment

  • Air Fryer
  • Cooking Spray
  • Parchment Paper, optional
