Description

Air Fryer Breakfast Pizza is one of my favorite and easy air fryer breakfast recipes. I love to cut a slice of it off and hand them to my kids as they head off to school. It’s a very easy recipe, with only a few steps, and it makes a wonderful Air Fryer Breakfast.

Ingredients 

  • 1 roll Crescent Dough
  • 1 cup scrambled eggs
  • 1/2 cup cooked ground sausage
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1/8 cup Bacon Bits & Sliced Scallions for Garnishing

Instructions

  • Start by spraying your pan with cooking spray, then roll out the dough into the prepared pan. Pinch with your fingers the seam to close it.
  • Set the pan into the air fryer for 5-6 minutes at 320 degrees F, air fryer setting, remove when it’s browned.
  • Add the scrambled eggs, ground sausage, and cheese on top, and set back into the air fryer for another 3-5 minutes at 320 degrees F, air fryer setting.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!

Notes

Instead of crescent dough, you can use pizza dough or even Pillsbury Pizza Crust.
Try switching out the sausage for bacon or adding a combination of both. 
Add vegetables to your breakfast pizza if you'd like!
Change out the Cheddar cheese for anything that you want.
