Description

Air Fryer Potstickers are made with wonton wrappers, ground chicken, cabbage, mushrooms, chives, soy sauce, sriracha sauce, and garlic!

Ingredients 

  • 1 pound ground pork, or chicken
  • 1 stalk scallion, diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 cup Napa cabbage
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup mushrooms, diced
  • 1 tablespoon chives, diced
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce
  • 16 wonton wrappers, or pot sticker wrappers

Instructions

  • Start by adding the shredded cabbage and one teaspoon of salt to a large bowl, and leave for a couple of minutes.
  • In another bowl, add the ground pork or chicken, mushrooms, chives, soy sauce, Hoisin sauce, sriracha sauce, minced garlic, and minced ginger. Mix well.
  • On a flat surface, add your potsticker wrapper, and add a tablespoon of filling into the center. Brush the sides with water, and then fold, using your hands to flatten the sides.
  • Set the potstickers into a greased air fryer basket, and spray with cooking spray. Set the temperature to 390 degrees, and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway through eh cooking process.
