Ingredients 

  • 15. ounce chickpeas, drained
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

  • Start by roasting your chickpeas. Add them to the air fryer basket, give them a generous spray of olive oil. at a temperature of 390 degrees F, for 15 minutes. Shake every 5 minutes.
  • Meanwhile in a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, and spices. Mix well
  • When the time is up, mix in about 1/2 of the seasoning mix, and set the air fryer for another 2 minutes.
  • When the time is up, pour them into a mixing bowl and mix in the rest of the olive oil, lemon juice, and spices.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
