Description

This recipe for a batch of Air Fryer Blackberry & Goat Cheese Sandwiches is amazing; there is nothing better for a quick lunch than melted cream cheese mixed with goat cheese and roasted blackberries. It makes for an incredible grilled sandwich.

Ingredients 

  • 4 slices bread
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 ounces Crumbled Goat Cheese
  • 4 ounces  Whipped Cream Cheese (Half Container)
  • 6 ounces Blackberries 

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 350 F.
  • Spread butter onto one side of each slice of bread. 
  • In a bowl, mix crumbled goat cheese & whipped cream cheese together.
  • In another bowl, mash the blackberries.
  • Spread the goat cheese mixture onto one slice of bread on the non-butter side.
  • Spread blackberries onto the other slice of bread.
  • Place slices of bread together to create a sandwich, butter side up.
  • Place the sandwich in the air fryer for 6-8 minutes or until the bread has fully toasted. 
  • Serve & enjoy.
