Ingredients 

  • 8.5 ounces Jiffy Cornbread
  • 14.75 ounces cream corn
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted and unsalted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

Instructions

  • In a medium-sized bowl, mix the Jiffy Cornbread Mix with the Corn.
  • Add the sour cream, and mix well.
  • Mix in the eggs, granulated sugar, and melted butter.
  • Grease your air fryer pan with olive oil or non-stick cooking spray.
  • Pour your prepared batter into the pan
  • Place your pan into the air fryer basket. Set the temperature to 320 degrees F, air fryer setting for 12 minutes.
