Ingredients 

  • 1 pound breakfast sausage (ground)
  • 4 cups frozen shredded hash browns
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups milk

Instructions

  • Add the sausage and cook until browned in a medium skillet, about 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Add your hash browns to the air fryer, and air fry for about 8 to 10 minutes at 350 degrees F, air fryer setting. Until cooked (stir halfway)
  • When the sausage is cooked, stir in the flour, salt, and black pepper.
  • Add the milk, and saute until the sauce is thickened about 2 to 5 minutes.
  • Remove the hash brown, and add them to a baking pan (Katie, a small cast iron plate would be amazing) and pour the sausage gravy on top, and air fry for another 2 to 3 minutes at 370 degrees F with, air fryer setting.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
