Ingredients
1poundbreakfast sausage (ground)
4cupsfrozen shredded hash browns
1tablespoonall-purpose flour
1teaspoonsalt
1/2teaspoonblack pepper
2cupsmilk
Instructions
Add the sausage and cook until browned in a medium skillet, about 8 to 10 minutes.
Add your hash browns to the air fryer, and air fry for about 8 to 10 minutes at 350 degrees F, air fryer setting. Until cooked (stir halfway)
When the sausage is cooked, stir in the flour, salt, and black pepper.
Add the milk, and saute until the sauce is thickened about 2 to 5 minutes.
Remove the hash brown, and add them to a baking pan (Katie, a small cast iron plate would be amazing) and pour the sausage gravy on top, and air fry for another 2 to 3 minutes at 370 degrees F with, air fryer setting.
