Ingredients 

  • 2 pounds chicken breast, boneless and skinless
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 cup cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon five spice

Instructions

  • Spray your air fryer basket with olive oil.
  • Start by preparing the stations. In one bowl, place the eggs, and sesame oil, mix well.
  • In another bowl, place the cornstarch, salt, black pepper, and cornstarch, mix well.
  • Dip your chicken tender into the cornstarch mixture, and shake off any excess, and then place the chicken into the egg mixture.
  • As you coat the chicken, place it into the air fryer basket.
  • Spray your chicken generously with olive oil, as this will help them crisp up.
  • Set the temperature to 370 degrees F for 10 minutes, flipping halfway. After you flip the chicken, spray again generously with olive oil.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
