Do you love swimming as much as you love biscuits? If so, this recipe is definitely for you! These Air Fryer Swim Biscuits are delicious, fluffy and perfect for a summer picnic or party. Plus, they're really easy to make - just mix the ingredients together and air fry for 10 minutes. You'll be spoiled for choice with these tasty treats!

Ingredients 

  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose
  • 4 tablespoons baking powder
  • 4 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 1 stick butter, melted

Optional: After air frying, I brushed on some additional melted butter

    Instructions

    • In a large mixing bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt, then add the buttermilk.
    • Mix until a wet dough forms.
    • Pour the melted butter into a pan, and then spoon the batter on top of the melted butter.
    • Air fry at 320 degrees F for 12-16 minutes.
    • Brush with some melted butter.
    • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
