You only need a few simple ingredients, and you can have dinner on the table in under 15 minutes. So skip the take out and try this stir fry instead – you won’t regret it!

Ingredients 

Stir Fry:

  • 1 pound flank steak, cut into strips
  • 1/2 cup snow peas
  • 1/2 cup carrots, shredded
  • 1/2 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup red onions, sliced

Beef Marinade:

  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  • Start by plugging in the air fryer, and then press the start button, and then hit the grill. It will need to preheat.
  • When the display reads Add Food that means that the air fry is ready for you to add the food.
  • Add the Stir-Fry Oil, and then wait about 30 seconds.
  • Add the beef, vegetables, and sauce to the air fryer, and then close the lid and set the timer for 10 minutes. But about every 3 minutes, use tongs to flip the meat, otherwise, it will stick to the grate.
  • Plate, serve and enjoy!

To Make The Sauce: To make the sauce in a small bowl just combine the sauce ingreditents.
