Description

Move over mug cake, there's a new dessert in town and it's made in the air fryer! This chocolate chip mug cake is easy to make and is the perfect size for one. Plus, it's topped with whipped cream and chocolate chips, making it extra delicious. Enjoy!

Ingredients 

  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted and unsalted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate chip, chunks or chips

Instructions

  • In a small mixing bowl, mix the flour, brown sugar, and baking powder.
  • Mix in the milk, melted butter, vanilla extract.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips or chunks.
  • Pour the prepared batter into the air fryer safe mug (note: usually if it is oven safe, it is oven safe)
  • Set the temperature to 350 degrees F for 5-8 minutes.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
