Ingredients

  • 3 large Russett Potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic & Herb Seasoning mix
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Optional Toppings: Sour cream, sliced olives, diced green onions, shredded cheddar cheese, and bacon bits.

    Instructions

    • Start by slicing your potatoes. I used about 1/4 inch thick. The key is to make sure they are all sliced the same, so they air fry at the same
    • In a large mixing bowl, mix the sliced potatoes, olive oil, garlic & herb seasoning mix, salt, and black pepper.
    • Layout your foil and add about 1/4 of the potatoes to each pack, making four foil packs.
    • Close the foil packs closed by folding up the sides, pinch the edges to seal.
    • Set into the potato packages air fryer for 10 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees F, air fryer setting.
    • I checked my potatoes at around 12 minutes, and they were done, so I removed them from the air fryer and topped them with shredded cheese, returned to the air fryer for a couple of minutes until the cheese melted.
    • Then top your favorite toppings.
    • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
