Description

Do you love the taste of Russian Tea Cakes? These cookies are perfect for the wintertime, and they’re really easy to make in an air fryer. You can use any type of sugar cookie dough recipe that you like, but this is a great basic recipe that you can customize however you want. Ingredients 

  • 1 roll sugar cookies, found in the dairy dept.
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup pecans, diced or crushed
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, add the sugar cookie dough
  • Then add in the flour and chopped pecans.
  • Mix well.
  • Then scoop up about a tablespoon of batter, and press together, as you make them place them on a greased air fryer. (If you have an air fryer oven, if you have an air fryer basket, line your basket with parchment paper)
  • Set the temperature to 320 degrees F, for 5 minutes. (Use air fryer setting)
  • Then pour your powdered sugar into a bowl.
  • Let your cookies slightly cool.
  • Then just roll them around in the powdered sugar.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
