Ingredients 

  • 1 pound salmon, fresh or canned
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, regular or low-fat
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoon scallions, diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon chives
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Add the salmon, dijon mustard, mayonnaise, lemon juice, bread crumbs, scallions, and seasonings to a large bowl. Mix well to combine
  • Shape four patties, then place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet and put into the freezer for about 1 hour or until frozen solid.
  • Add the frozen burgers to your air fryer basket, and set the temperature to 400 degrees F. Air fryer setting and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the burgers are fully cooked.
