Air fryers are all the rage these days and for good reason – they make cooking so much easier. But if you’re like me, you might be wondering what else you can make in your air fryer that isn’t just chicken or French fries. Well, wonder no more! Today I’m going to show you how to make deviled egg salad in your air fryer. It’s a quick and easy side dish that is perfect for any occasion. So without further ado, let’s get started!

Ingredients 

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Start by making the hard-boiled eggs. Place your eggs into the air fryer basket, and set the temperature to 250 degrees F, air fryer setting and cook for 13 to 15 minutes.
  • When the eggs are done cooking, place them into an ice bath (water with cold water and ice cubes)—Chil for about 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Drain the water, and peel your eggs. Dice the hard-boiled eggs, and then add them to a bowl, add the mayonnaise, Dijon Mustard, white wine vinegar, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
