Ingredients 

  • 3 large eggs
  • 7 ounces evaporated milk
  • 7.5 ounces unsweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 loaf brioche bread, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

Instructions

  • Spray your baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  • In a large mixing bowl, mix together the eggs, evaporated milk, unsweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon, mix until smooth.
  • Fold in the bread, coating them well.
  • Transfer the bread to the prepared baking dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • Add the chocolate chips on top.
  • Set the baking pan into the air fryer, and set the temperature to 320 degrees F, air fryer setting—Cook for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the casserole is fully cooked
  • Serve with powdered sugar and a drizzle of maple syrup.
