Spray your ramekins with cooking spray.
In a small bowl, add your eggs, one bowl for the egg whites and one bowl for the egg yolk.
Add the oil, milk, and vanilla to the egg yolks, and mix well. Slowly fold in the flour, mix well.
Add your sugar and white vinegar to the egg white bowl, and mix well until peaks form. (Use an electric mixer or a kitchen-aid mixer)
Fold the egg yolk mixture into the white mixture, fold gently.
Spoon the batter into the greased ramekin.
Preheat the air fryer to 250 degrees F, air fryer setting.
Place the ramekins into the preheated air fryer basket.
Set the time to 8 to 10 minutes
Serve with whipped cream, maple syrup, or fresh berries.
