Ingredients 

  • 3 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, or canola oil
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tesapoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar

Serve With: Maple Syrup, Whipped Cream, and Fresh Berries

    Instructions

    • Spray your ramekins with cooking spray.
    • In a small bowl, add your eggs, one bowl for the egg whites and one bowl for the egg yolk.
    • Add the oil, milk, and vanilla to the egg yolks, and mix well. Slowly fold in the flour, mix well.
    • Add your sugar and white vinegar to the egg white bowl, and mix well until peaks form. (Use an electric mixer or a kitchen-aid mixer)
    • Fold the egg yolk mixture into the white mixture, fold gently.
    • Spoon the batter into the greased ramekin.
    • Preheat the air fryer to 250 degrees F, air fryer setting.
    • Place the ramekins into the preheated air fryer basket.
    • Set the time to 8 to 10 minutes
    • Serve with whipped cream, maple syrup, or fresh berries.
    • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
