Ingredients 

  • 4 large Russet potatoes, or Yukon Gold, diced
  • 1/2 cup diced white onions
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, adjust per your taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, add your diced potatoes, bell peppers, onions, olive oil, and seasonings, mix well. Coating the Potatoes.
  • Add the potatoes to the air fryer basket, in a single layer, place the temperature to 400 degrees F, air fryer setting, and cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket frequently during the cooking process.
