Move over, traditional meatballs! These air fryer hoisin glazed meatballs are a fun and delicious new way to enjoy this classic dish. The hoisin sauce gives them a sweet and tangy flavor that everyone will love. Plus, they're so easy to make in the air fryer – you'll have a batch of tasty meatballs ready in no time. Serve them with some rice and steamed veggies for an easy weeknight meal.

Ingredients 

  • 1 pound ground beef, lean
  • 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons minced ginger
  • 2 stalks scallions, only white
  • 2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup Hoisin Sauce
  • 3 tablespoons sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Start by adding your ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
  • Using your hands and mix the meat mixture
  • Start to form 1 inch meatballs: as you make them place them into your air fryer basket. Spray your air fryer basket with olive oil spray.
  • Set your temperature to 350 degrees F and the time for 6 minutes. After 6 minutes, flip the meatballs and set the timer for another 4 minutes.
  • Remove the meatballs, mix in the hoisin sauce, garnish it with scallions and sesame seeds.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
