Ingredients 

  • 5 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked
  • 1 package Crescent Rolls
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Egg Wash:

  • 1 large egg, 2
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  • In a small mixing bowl, mix the eggs, chopped peppers, salt, and black pepper. Cook the eggs in the frying pan.
  • Layout your crescents on parchment paper and line up the crescent rolls in the form of a star. Add your egg and pepper mixture on top.
  • Add the bacon slices on top of the egg mixture, and then sprinkle the cheese on top.
  • Place the crescent wreath into the air fryer. In a small mixing bowl, mix the egg white and water, and then brush it onto the wreath. Set the air fryer to 320 degrees F, air fryer setting for 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
