Plus, they're a lot healthier than traditional donuts since there's no frying involved. Ingredients 

  • 1 package Pillsbury crescent sheet dough
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal

Instructions

  • Lightly flour a wooden cutting board and unroll crescent roll dough.
  • Melt the butter and whisk in the vanilla extract. Brush over the top of the dough. *There will be butter leftover for later use.* Use a food processor or ziplock to crush Cinnamon Toast Crunch into small crumbs. Place into a small mixing bowl and combine with brown sugar and cinnamon. Coat top of the dough with ½ of the mixture. 
  • Tightly roll crescent roll. Then, form into a ball. Press hard until seamless. Use a rolling pin and roll dough out to ¼” thick.  Use a 1 ½” biscuit cutter to cut dough. Tightly roll each dough circle into a ball. Meanwhile, preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees F, air fryer setting.
  • Lightly spray the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray. Arrange donuts in a single layer, carefully leaving spacing in between—Cook for 8 minutes. 
  • Remove donut holes from the air fryer and dip them into the butter and toss in the remaining cinnamon toast crunch sugar mixture one by one.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
