Ingredients 

  • 1 piece meatloaf
  • 2 pieces sourdough bread
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup dill pickles
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • Olive Oil Spray

Instructions

  • Start by buttering all sides of your bread.
  • Heat your meatloaf in either the microwave or air fryer until warm.
  • Spray your air fryer basket with olive oil.
  • Place one piece of buttered bread down, and then add your meatloaf, then top with pickles, BBQ sauce, cheese, and top with another piece of buttered bread.
  • Set into the air fryer and air fry for 5 minutes at 400 degrees F, air fryer setting. 
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
