Air Fryer Cinnamon Roll Apple Pie -- Cinnamon rolls are a favorite breakfast treat, but they taste even better in pie form. This recipe is both decadent and easy to make! With just four ingredients, you can have the perfect dessert for any occasion. The cinnamon sugar crust on top of this apple pie takes it from a basic dish into something that will be the talk of your party.

Ingredients 

  • 1 can Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls
  • 1 can apple pie filling, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons granualted sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup pecans or walnuts, chopped
  • 1 cup Vanilla ice cream for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 320 degree F, air fryer setting.
  • Spray a round pan that will fit into your air fryer. Press as many cinnamon rolls as needed into the bottom of the pan to form the crust (3-4 cinnamon rolls).
  • Brush the crust with the melted butter.
  • Add the sugar and cinnamon together and stir.
  • Add the apple pie filling to the pan with the crust and sprinkle with the cinnamon and sugar mixture.
  • Roll the remaining cinnamon rolls out between two pieces of parchment paper. Use the rolled out cinnamon rolls to cover the apple slices in the pan.
  • Crimp edges to seal. Brush with butter.  Air fry for 20-25 minutes until golden brown at 320F.
  • Drizzle with the icing enclosed (optional)
  • Serve with ice cream and chopped nuts. Enjoy!
