Ingredients
1cupunsalted butter, softened to room temperature
2cupsall-purpose flour
1/2cuprolled oats
2/3cuptablespoons granulated sugar, divided
1/2teaspoonkosher salt
1teaspoonpure vanilla extract
1 1/2cupsfresh or frozen cranberries
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the butter, flour, oats, ⅔ cup sugar, salt, and vanilla extract with hands or a wooden spoon until combined and a crumbled texture.
Toss the cranberries with the remaining sugar in a separate bowl until evenly coated.
In a square baking pan, press half of the crumbled mixture into the bottom of the pan to form the crust layer. Spread the cranberries evenly across the top of the crust, and sprinkle on the remaining crumbled mixture. (Note: Depending on the size of your pan and air fryer, you may work in two batches.)
Set the air fryer setting to 340 degrees F and cook for 8-12 minutes, or until the cranberry bars are cooked through, and the top is lightly golden brown.
