Description

Make these Air Fryer Jelly Filled Donuts the next time you're craving a healthier jelly donut option! With an air fryer, you can enjoy this delicious dessert without all the guilt. Say goodbye to sugary fried dough and hello to fresh jelly-filled goodness!

Ingredients

  • 1 can buttermilk biscuits, found in the dairy department
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 6 tablespoon butter, melted, unsalted
  • 6 tablespoons strawberry or raspberry jam, seedless

Instructions

  • Layout the buttermilk biscuits.
  • Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray so they don’t stick.
  • Place the biscuits into the air fryer basket.
  • Air Fry for 5 to 7 minutes at 350 degrees F, air fryer setting.
  • While the donuts are air frying, mix in a small bowl the sugar, and cinnamon.
  • In another small bowl, place the butter and microwave until it’s melted.
  • Fill your injector up with strawberry jelly. I mixed mine in a small bowl until it was loosened, as it was easier to fill the injector.
  • As the donuts come out of the air fryer, roll them in the butter, then the cinnamon-sugar mixture
  • Use the injector to fill with jelly.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!

Equipment

  • Air Fryer
