This is a great creamy sauce, which will be the star in any chicken dish. It's KETO and low-carb friendly, with the help of your air fryer.
Start by seasoning your chicken with salt and pepper.
Then rub the olive oil over the chicken, set in the air fryer. In another dish, mix the red onions with about 4-5 tablespoons of olive oil.
Set the temperature to 370 degrees F, for 7 minutes. After 7 minutes flip the chicken and stir the red onions. Set for another 7 minutes.
To make the sauce, in a small saucepan add the chicken broth, lemon juice, minced garlic, butter, heavy cream, and bring to a slow simmer. Continue to stir, until you get a nice smooth sauce, Then remove the sauce, and mix in the fresh dill (which is diced)
To plate, just put a piece of chicken down on a plate, a scoop of red onions, and drizzle the sauce on top.
