These are so easy, and they are so easy to fill. Change out the meat for any type of potsticker. My kids love dipping these and eating them. They also made a great appetizer or light lunch.
In a small bowl, mix together the ground chicken, scallions, water chestnuts, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, ground ginger, and minced onions.
Mix well. Making sure that all of the ingredients are well blended.
Place, your wonton wrapper on a cutting board, or flat surface. Then place a tablespoon of filling in the center of the wonton wrapper.
As you fold up the wontons, place them on a greased air fryer tray or basket. Spray generously with olive oil, they will not crisp without a generous spray of olive oil. Set the temperature to 320 degrees F, for 5 minutes.
Plate, serve and enjoy!
