This is a really classic recipe. There is nothing like making this for a mid-week breakfast, where everyone can just grab and go and with the air fryer, it will take you less than 20 minutes.
In a large mixing bowl, mix together the baking mix, sugar, butter, milk, and egg.
Then mix all of the batter, until it's well blended. Find an air fryer safe pan, (that fits in your air fryer) and spread the batter out.
Then in a large mixing bowl, mix together the baking mix, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and butter.
Mix that well. Then fold in the chopped pecans.
Scatter on top of the coffee cake.
Place in the air fryer oven/or basket and air fryer (setting should be air fry) for 12 minutes at 320 degrees F. Check your cake for doneness.
Let cool slightly, then plate, serve and enjoy!
