Start by adding the butter to the Instant Pot.
Then hit the saute button.
Let the rice saute with the butter for a few minutes, until all of the butter is melted and the rice is all shiny.

Add the water, and then stir.
Place your lid on, with the vent on SEALING, set the time for 25 minutes under manual pressure.
When the time is done, do a natural release open the lid, let rest for a few minutes, then scoop to a bowl.
