Ingredients

  • 3 cups baby carrots
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, add the carrots, olive oil, honey, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat.
  • Then place them in your air fryer basket, set the temperature to 390 degrees F, and set the time for 12 to 20 minutes. Shake the basket frequently during the cooking process so all of the carrots get perfectly roasted!
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!

Equipment

  • Air Fryer
  • Cooking Spray
  • Parchment Paper, optional

Notes

  • Carrots: If you do not use baby carrots, you can easily use cut carrots. Make sure that the carrots are about the same size.
  • Crowding; For best results leave plenty of room around the carrots, and place them into a single layer. This will allow for the hot air to freely circulate around the carrots, which will cause them to perfectly roast up!
  • Flipping: Depending on the air fryer that you are using, you may need to flip the carrots, halfway during the cooking process. If you have an air fryer basket, shake your basket frequently during the cooking process.
  • Timing: Since, every air fryer is slightly different, and you can use any air fryer in making these carrots, it is important that you watch the carrots s they roast up in the air fryer.
