Ingredients 

  • 2 naan or flatbread
  • 1/4 cup goat cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup Chimichurri sauce
  • 1 teaspoon seasonings, optional, salt, black pepper or oregano

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 390 degrees F, air fryer setting, for 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Spray your air fryer basket with cooking spray, and then place the goat cheese into the microwave to soften it for about 20 to 30 seconds.
  • Spread the goat cheese over your Naan bread, about two teaspoons each. Place into the air fryer for 2 to 3 minutes, or until the goat cheese is melted.
  • Then sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top, and add your seasonings.
  • Return the flatbread to the air fryer, and cook for another 3 to 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
  • When your naan is fully cooked, spread the chimichurri on top. Garnish with fresh basil.
