  • Preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees, using the air fryer setting, for 2 to 4 minutes. Then place your frozen pork shu mai into the air fryer basket, and spray with a bit of cooking spray. Which will help them crisp up.
  • Set the temperature to 350 and cook for 10 to 12 minutes until they are fully cooked. Remove and serve with dipping sauce.
