I have always loved to bake. Ever since I took my first cooking class at my local YMCA, I remember the delicious smell of baked goods, and ever since then, I have loved to bake. Today, I wanted to share with you a simple Cream Cheese Frosting Recipe.

Ingredients 

  • 10.5 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup butter, unsalted and room temperature
  • 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Beat with an electric mixer for 4-5 minutes or until creamy and fluffy.
