Notes

Storage Instructions for Air-Fried Granola:

  1. Cooling: Before storing, spread the granola out on a baking sheet or tray and allow it to cool completely. This step ensures it remains crispy and prevents moisture from getting trapped during storage.
  2. Airtight Containers: Transfer the cooled granola to an airtight container. This will protect it from moisture and keep it crunchy.
  3. Store in a Cool, Dry Place: Keep the container in a pantry or cupboard, away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
  4. Duration: When stored properly, the granola should remain fresh and crunchy for up to two weeks.
  5. Freezing: If you'd like to store it for an extended period, you can freeze the granola. Place it in a freezer-safe bag or container, press out as much air as possible, and store in the freezer. When ready to eat, allow it to come to room temperature for the best texture.
  6. Refreshing: If the granola loses its crunch over time, you can refresh it by spreading it out on a baking sheet and placing it in a 300°F (150°C) oven for 5-7 minutes. Cool before serving.
