Ingredients 

  • 8 ounces Dried Chicharrones de harina
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin, adjust to taste
  • 1 teapoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley, 1
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice

Instructions

  • Add the dried wagon wheels, olive oil, salt, black pepper, ground cumin, garlic powder, parsley, and lime juice in a large bowl. Mix well, coating all of the pasta wheels.
  • Toss into the air fryer basket, single layer. Set the temperature to 350 degrees F, air fryer setting, and cook for 5 minutes. Shake the basket frequently, so all of the pasta will cook up evenly.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
