Ingredients 

  • 1/2 pound ground beef, lean
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 slices American Cheese
  • 2 large Sesame Seed Buns

Toppings: ketchup, mustard, pickles chips, and sliced white onions for serving

    Instructions

    • Start by preheating the air fryer to 375 degrees F. Then, in a small bowl, mix the ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Make two even patties, pressing down and getting them as flat as possible, make an indention with your thumb in the center.
    • Place the burger patties, not touching into the air fryer. Air fry for about 10 minutes, flipping halfway through. Add one slice of cheese on top of each patty.
    • Take the bottom of the bun and place one slice of cheese. Add a burger patty on top. Add ketchup, mustard, pickle chips, and sliced white onion on top. Finally, place the top bun on the burger and serve.
    • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
