Description

Air Fryer Christmas Light Brownies-These are so cute, I made them today with my kids, using the air fryer, and we had a great afternoon sipping Hot Chocolate and making and decorating these festive brownie treats.

Ingredients

  • 1 package brownie mix, any type
  • 1 cup vanilla frosting
  • red food coloring
  • green food coloring

Instructions

  • Prepare as instructed.
  • Spread the batter in an air fryer brownie pan, and air fry for 20-35 minutes at 320 degrees F, air fryer setting.
  • Once baked, cut with a Christmas light cookie cutter and place on a cutting board or cookie sheet.
  • Take ¼ frosting and mix in 4 drops of red food coloring and place in a pastry bag. Then take another ¼ cup frosting and mix in 3 drops of green food coloring. Put ¼ cup of white vanilla frosting in the pastry bag. Cut a small corner out of each pastry bag.
  • Drizzle the color of your choice onto the light bulb part of brownies, and using a different color, drizzle onto the bottom half of the light to give the appearance of a Christmas light bulb.
  • Continue with remaining brownies, serve and enjoy!

Equipment

  • Air Fryer
