Description

Air Fryer Bang Bang Shrimp is amazing. These shrimp almost taste better than the restaurant. The sauce is amazing and would go great on anything. My son wants to try it on chicken next.

Bang Bang Shrimp:

  • 2 cups panko bread crumbs
  • 1 pound jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley

Bang Bang Sauce:

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Notes

Pro Tips/Notes:
  • This recipe will work in any Air Fryer Basket or Oven Model. I have made this several times during the years, in my Ninja Foodi, Instant Pot Vortex, Instant Pot Crisp Lid, and even the Mealthy Lid. The recipe will remain the same, but the cooking time may vary.
  • Do not crowd the Air Fryer Basket; otherwise, your shrimp will not cook up evenly. Work in batches, and as you bread the shrimp, air fry it up.
  • If you want to add the sauce on top, drizzle it right before serving.
  • I prefer to keep the sauce as a dipping sauce since the shrimp will lose their crispness as they sit in the sauce.
