Description

Air Fryer Zucchini Chips are crispy and have the perfect amount of parmesan cheese! Great as a snack, appetizer, or side dish.

Ingredients 

  • 2 large Zucchini, sliced
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • Cooking Spray

Instructions

  • Start by making very thin slices of the zucchinis. You can use a Mandoline if necessary.  In a small bowl whisk the eggs with a fork. In another bowl add the almond flour, the grated parmesan, mix. 
  • Dip the zucchini into the egg wash, letting the excess off drip off.
  • Coat the Zucchini Chips into the almond and cheese.
  • Spray the basket with cooking spray, then place the chips in the basket of the air fryer without stacking them if possible.  Cook at 400 ˚F, air fryer setting, for 8 to 10 minutes turning them halfway. 
  • Repeat for the rest of the chips until they are all cooked through
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
