In a large mixing bowl mix together the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, ground ginger, ground cinnamon, and salt.
Mix in the butter, and mix until the mixture is crumbly.
Mix in the molasses, milk, and egg yolk.
Mix until the mixture comes together.
Use some olive oil spray and coat your scone pan.
Pat the batter into the wedges.
Brush the beaten egg white on top, and then sprinkle with some sparkling sugar.
Set the scone pan, into the air fryer at 330 degrees F, (air fryer setting) for 12-16 minutes.
Plate, serve, and enjoy!
