Start by preparing your spaghetti, per the directions on the package.
On a small skillet, add your butter, onions, and minced garlic, saute over low-medium heat until translucent. Then add your mushrooms, and continue until they are wilted. Stir in your flour, mix well.
Add your chicken broth, cream cheese, and half and half, mix well, until a slow simmer occurs, mix in the salt, black pepper, parsley, and Italian seasoning.
Drain the pasta, and pour into a large mixing bowl.
Add your turkey, and then pour in the skillet mixture. Set into an air fryer pan, and set the temperature to 300 degrees F, air fryer setting. When the turkey tetrazzini starts to bubble, sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top, air fry until the cheese melts.
Serve with cherry tomatoes and parmesan cheese.
