Ingredients 

  • 2 bunches fresh carrots , , peeled and diced. (alternatively use a bag of baby carrots, 32 ounces)
  • 4 tablespoons butter, unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  • Place all of the ingredients into the Instant Pot.
  • Mix all of the ingredients so that the carrots have seasoned.
  • Then add the lid. Make sure it’s set to a sealed position.
  • Set the manual time for 4 minutes.
  • Let it naturally release when it’s done.
  • Then open the lid, mix everything.
  • Plate, serve and enjoy!
