While the bacon is cooking, mix the ketchup, honey, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, ginger, and Sriracha sauce in a small bowl. Transfer to a small saucepan, and simmer, until thickened (about 8 to 10 minutes)

Notes
Flexible recipe. You can use either fresh or canned pineapples.
Cut your bacon so that it fits flat in the air fryer.
Prep these ahead of time, then reheat them right before your guests arrive.
Skip preheating. You do not need to preheat your air fryer for this recipe.
Don't add too much to your basket. For best results, do not crowd your air fryer basket. Otherwise, your bacon wrapped pineapple bites won't crisp up correctly!
Serve hot or cold. This recipe is delicious either way, so serve it however is convenient for you!
Adjust time. If you use a thicker cut of bacon, you may need to adjust the cooking time.
Soak your toothpicks. To ensure your toothpicks don't burn in the air fryer, I suggest soaking them in water for 10-15 minutes before using.
