Ingredients 

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Start by coating the chicken with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and other seasonings.
  • Spray your air fryer pan with olive oil.
  • Place your seasoned chicken into the air fryer pan, then pour your marinade in.
  • Set the pan into the air fryer basket and set the timer for 7 minutes at 370 degrees F, air fryer setting.
  • .After the time is up, flip the chicken and air fry for another 7 minutes.Check the internal temperature to make sure that it is at least 165 degrees F before removing it.
  • Let cool slightly before shredding.
