Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, Lipton Onion Soup Mix, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix gently until just combined—avoid overmixing to keep the meatloaf tender.
Form the mixture into a loaf shape that fits in your air fryer basket or tray. Use parchment paper or foil underneath for easy handling and cleanup.
Place the meatloaf in the air fryer basket. Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 25–30 minutes, checking halfway through and rotating for even cooking.
In a small bowl, combine ketchup and barbecue sauce. After 20 minutes of cooking, spread the topping over the meatloaf to create a glossy glaze.
Continue air frying until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C). Use a meat thermometer to ensure it’s fully cooked.
Allow the meatloaf to rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing. Serve with mashed potatoes, green beans, or a side salad for a comforting and satisfying meal.
