Ingredients 

  • 2 sheets puff pastry, thawed
  • 1/2 cup apricot jam
  • 2 large apples, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

  • Roll out your puff pastry, and then cut your puff pastry into rectangle-shaped pieces.
  • Slice your apples, and mix the apples with lemon juice, ground cinnamon, and granulated sugar.
  • Add the apples on top of the puff pastry.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F, air fryer setting for about 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Then place your puff pastry into the air fryer basket, and set the temperature to 400 degrees F. Air fryer setting, cook for 5 to 8 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
  • Brush with apricot jam right before serving.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
