Description

My family loves brownies, which is excellent because since I’m a food blogger, I get to generate lots of different combination of brownies, and they attack them all up. Today, I tried one of my kid's absolutely favorite brownie and created an Air Fryer Copycat Little Debbie Cosmic Brownie Recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder.
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Frosting Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  • Prepare Brownie Batter: In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 1 cup of granulated sugar, and 3/4 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder.
  • Add Wet Ingredients: Mix in 1/2 cup of vegetable oil and 3 large eggs until well combined.
  • Incorporate Vanilla Extract: Stir in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to enhance the flavor of the brownies.
  • Combine Ingredients: Mix everything together until a smooth batter forms, ensuring there are no lumps.
  • Prep Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 325°F (160°C) for a few minutes.
  • Pour Batter: Lightly grease a baking dish that fits into your air fryer basket and pour the brownie batter into it, spreading it out evenly.
  • Air Fry: Carefully place the baking dish with the brownie batter into the preheated air fryer basket.
  • Cook: Air fry the brownies at 325°F (160°C) for about 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs attached.
  • Make The Frosting: In a large mixing bowl, mix the melted butter, cocoa powder, honey, vanilla, mix well. Then stir in your confectionary sugar. Mix until it’s smooth.
  • Spread the frosting over the brownies, then sprinkle the rainbow sprinkles over them. They will only stick when the frosting is fresh, let set, or place in the refrigerator, as they will cut easier.

Equipment
