Air Fryer, Egg-In-The Hole

This is a really classic breakfast idea. And It's a great breakfast to eat on the run. I buttered the toast first, which gave it a really nice flavor. Season with salt and pepper, after air frying.

Ingredients

  • 4 slices bread (any type, today I used white)
  • 4 teaspoon butter, room temperature
  • 4 eggs
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Start by buttering the toast.

  2. Then use your biscuit cutter, to cut a hole in the middle.

  3. Then I placed the bread on the air fryer tray, so I could pop it right into the air fryer.

  4. Crack an egg in the hole.

  5. Set your egg in the hole in the air fryer basket or oven 350 degrees F, for 5 minutes.

  6. Plate, serve and enjoy!
